Obviously the real answer is the police need to investigate. I'm not sure what HVAC system the apartments have but I would think either they would not be feeling well or their detectors would be going off. I would think his neighbors would be impacted if there were enough carbon monoxide in the adjacent apartment to kill someone. This would explain why he seemed shaken but not emotional and had blood on him. Perhaps when he came home Anish was still alive and he had to finish the job and do the same to Sasi to make it consistent. It would also explain why he kept saying "they're not breathing" over and over. What if Hanu had the mystery man who dropped Sasi and Anish off every day tamper with the apartment to fill it with carbon monoxide?Īn accident like that would have made it very easy for him to collect the life insurance policy. There was a white dust throughout the apartment that Ben and Tinku indicated can be a sign of carbon monoxide. He kept repeating "they're not breathing" when obviously the situation was much worse than that. I was about to go to bed when I kept thinking about the 911 call from Hanu. I've been listening to the new season as it's come out and have not been able to stop thinking about the case after listening to the last episode.
