The place seemed clean but with all the chaos, I did not feel safe even to set my things down to look for a machine.I ended up driving to the location 18 miles away on Country Club, which had a wifi issue so I ended up at the location on Brown Road in Mesa. The bill readers were lit as out of quarters, but tokens were available for cash. Half the machines were marked as "out of order." The card reader was still unusable. I had to have cash for quarters or tokens, and I never carry cash.Today, I went on "Free Dry" day. The first time things were clean and machines were available but the card reader was not working. I have attempted to go to this location twice now. Also don't appreciate the random men who like to use this location to try to pick up women 🤮 I was gone for 7 minutes and when I returned someone was taking my unwashed, soapy clothes out of a washer even tho there were plenty of unused ones available of the same size. Walked across the street to the gas station to use the ATM. There is no one on staff at the location, so if other people aren't following the rules there is nothing you can really do about it.Last time I went, the app wasn't working and no ATM. I like that I can pay for the machines with an app. This could be a really great laundromat if some care and effort was put into it!*****************************Best I've found in the area *so far*. You don't give refunds for any reason, but you can't afford to have an attendant there? Other laundromats charge less, have an attendant almost all the time *and* give refunds when machines eat money or just don't work. There are so many complaints about machines being broken, cleanliness issues, and that no one answers calls. I would also think, with how expensive it is, and you raising prices, you would have an attendant there, at least every day. So if you are really low on cash, take that into account.I also would like to address the owner as they have responded to my previous review (and everyone else's): I will not be calling the cops on anyone unless it's an emergency and I don't need your permission to do that. A load that is $13 to run will be $15 in your bank account until about a day later. Also, the app that i thought was so convenient holds more money than it needs to per load. I rewashed my items, but they were still stained to the point that I had to throw some items away. Nothing was new in that load and this is not my first time doing laundry (I literally do laundry for a living!), so this was not user error. All my white items were tinged orangish brown, and I don't own anything that color. I washed my clothes in one of the large washers and everything came out DIRTIER. Prices went up, but it's more filthy than it used to be, the machines are broken more often or they are disgusting. Will definitely return!Įditing my review because this place has only gotten worse. Overall very impressed with this laundromat. So if that one is in use, you'll need to stand or sit on the floor if you want to charge your phone. My one complaint is that I could only find one outlet that was near a seating area.

There are vending machines with snacks and drinks, free wifi, and outlets with USB plug-ins around the whole facility to charge your phone. Dryers are efficient and get the job done quickly. It is $4 to wash for the smallest machines and goes up for the larger ones. The prices are comparable to other laundromats for the type of machines they have. It is a bit expensive to wash compared to other places, but that's because they don't have any of the older top loading machines that are usually cheap. The machines are clean and in good working order. There was an employee cleaning while I was there, and not just sweeping and taking out trash, she was cleaning the machines and being very thorough about it. The facility is well-lit and very clean, the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. The location is great, near other shopping and restaurants that I frequent, so it's very convenient. Definitely will be coming here from now on.
